I. General rules
The Privacy Policy of Koksnes Plūsmas Datu Centrs SIA (hereinafter – Policy) determines what personal data are processed by Koksnes Plūsmas Datu Centrs SIA and for what purposes, including the scope of processing, protection, processing period and other issues related to the protection of personal data.

5. data on the activities carried out during the use of the service that are necessary for the provision of the service;
6. any other information necessary for the provision of the service.
Customer data is collected, stored and processed in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in the Republic of Latvia.
IV. Security and transfer of customer data to third parties

2. while the customer or Koksnes Plūsmas Datu Centrs SIA may exercise its legitimate interests (e.g., to file objections or to bring or pursue legal action) in accordance with the procedure set out in the external regulatory enactments;
3. for as long as either party is legally obliged to keep the data;
4. as long as the Customer’s consent to the processing of the Customer Data is valid unless there is another lawful basis for the processing;
5 the customer is obliged to immediately inform Koksnes Plūsmas Datu Centrs SIA of any changes to the customer’s data in the Policy, as well as in cases where the customer’s data is incorrect or inaccurate, at the same time providing Koksnes Plūsmas Datu Centrs SIA with the correct customer’s data.
VIII. Rights of the data subject
The customer has the right to:

2. access, request the rectification or deletion of customer data, if permitted by applicable laws and regulations;
3. object to the processing of customer data;

The Data Controller shall examine the application within one month of receipt. If necessary, the one-month deadline may be extended by a further two months, taking into account the complexity and number of requests. The controller shall inform the data subject of any such extension and the reasons for the delay within one month of receipt of the request.
